Arry, was the guest receptionist who gave a poor reception and impression of this property‼️
He was Smug, Arrogant and not helpful at all. When we went to our room which I believe Arry gave us the worst room because we went through Hotel.com and NOT the property directly, he penalized us.
We requested and paid for a room with an ocean view and he gave us the absolute very end room whereby we had a sliver of an ocean view‼️ he stated that was the only room left when check-in was 4P and we arrived approximately 5P. I did not believe him, but there was nothing we could do except see the Manager on duty the following day since, according to Arry, the manager had left for the day.
Once in the room, the bed looked unkempt with extremely wrinkled sheets instead of crisp and clean.
The following day, I spoke with the Manager on duty who politely listened and gave us a $50 food voucher, however there is a $30 destination fee per day and we were there for three.
They have a refresh room service policy that is not effective and when asked to have our linen changed, the house cleaning team made it clear that we placed them in an imposition since they left dirty linen and towels directly in front of our room door.
This required me to relocate the dirty laundry down the hall.
Unfortunately, no one removed that pile of dirty laundry for 6 hours.
I spoke with the housekeeping supervisor, who stated there was a sick call.
OUR STAY AND THEIR STAFF WAS DEPLORABLE‼️‼️‼️
