Very good service in general. Very clean apartment with a beautiful view at the mountains with a nice sunset every day. Amazing bath. Nice, friendly and chilled out guests. A very pleasant stay. Buffet breakfast very good and plenty of good restaurants across the road for the evening (Steakhouse, Indian, Pizza, Fish & Chips ++). Lobby bar well stocked and live music outside in the evenings.

Clean, functional hot disappointing on service

Our room was not made up and we had to make the spare bed up after a late arrival (2am) No shower gel and despite letting reception know this was still not refilled No info on the hotel therefore we didn’t know the spa had to be precooked - also no info on the indoor pool which was a huge let down as we would have loved to use it
