Not a Grand Hyatt standard, the rooms are not well maintained, service is not up to a Grand Hyatt expectation, particularly during breakfast. I guess the staff are not well trained during Chinese New Year with many of the staff are on holiday?
However, location is excellent, and I must say the concierge service is great.
