Front of house staff were brilliant upon my arrival, helped me get a taxi onwards to the event I was going to and everything was hassle free. Room was a little too hot for me overnight but overall the rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable and well considered.

Really enjoyable stay and for a fantastic price. We stayed on a Sunday night as we were attending a concert at the Co Op Live, so was nice to get a good price hotel room that wasnt hiked up as a result of the gig. Very clean and spacious room with everything you needed and modern style. Check in was quick and the chap on reception was friendly.

Very nice hotel with good breakfast and comfy beds. Some of the pillows was very hard. We woke up to a strange sound and couldn't locate where it came from. The staff couldn't find it either. But overall we are very pleasent with our stay and I highly recommend this hotel with it's good location near to the railstation and walking distance to the city.

Nice hotel, but to far away from city center etc

Very nice hotel. Fantastic room, bathroom and beds. Breakfast was okay. To far away from the shoppingstreet, Arndale center etc. Had 2 girl 7 and 9 with us, and it was to far away from the city center. Specially on a saturday nigth, dark outside, raining and had alot of shoppingbags with us. Must take a taxi then, so unfortunately to far away that we will stay there next time. But very nice hotel then!
