Diese Buchung wird noch unsere Anwälte beschäftigen ! 1. Um 17.00 Uhr war das Hotel geschlossen. 2. Diverse Anrufe wurden durch irgend jemand angenommen, die gar keine Kompetenz hatten und uns diverse Male auf später vertrösteten. Aucvh um 18.00 Uhr war NIEMEAND zu erreichen ! 3. Sollte die hinterlegte Kreditkarte belastet worden sein (event. infolge zu später Sperrung) werden wir Anzeige ersteatten! Von aussen beurteilt steht das Gebäude in eher verwarloster Umgebung, schmutzig !

Hôtel désuet mais un personnel au top

Une nuit pour couper un trajet assez long en deux. Quand on descend dans un 1ere classe, on sait à quoi s'attendre...un chambre type un WC douche et lavabo. Pour nous 3 lits comme nous étions en famille. Réservé en dernière minute via l'application... L'employée est restée après la fermeture pour nous attendre, ouvrir la porte du parking. Le lendemain, un sourire, une attention pour la petite. C'est un hôtel Première classe qui demande une restauration complète, mais c'était propre. Le plus important ici un personnel au top
