Not up to standard
When I checked out, no one asked me how my stay was. First night at 23:00, children were screaming on the floor above me. When I called the reception, there weren't much willingness to help. The second night, also after 23:00, children screaming and dog barking very loud. It was not a toddler showing hunger, these were screams of tears from someone a bit older.
The hotel also (forgot?!?) to clean my room and replace clean towels as well as not turndown service, no communication at all.
These experiences are perhaps not the end of the world, but I was surprised and disappointed. I returned because I was so pleased with my last stay 6 months earlier. Perhaps I will try another hotel on my next trip to Luxembourg.
