Upon arrival, I was given a room of lower quality than what I had booked and paid for. Only after insisting was I moved to a premium room as originally reserved.
Unfortunately, the new room had a persistent drainage problem in the shower. Although a technician was sent, the issue was not resolved, and I had to spend four nights with a flooded shower. Multiple complaints to the front desk were ignored.
I expect a formal response and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.
