STAFF HOTEL LIKE TO KEEP LEFTOVER THINGS BY GUEST.
I stayed for 4 days and the breakfast was same for 4 days. Hey, hotel management, tell the chef , to have different variations for each days. like sushi, inari sushi, avocado sushi, eel sushi. and the juice, the tomato, pineapple, was yuck. i watched this juice for 4 days, and lot of guest also not like it. it is not nice, why not change to other juice ? like watermelon, carrot, etc.
like i say, i stay for 4 days, with 1 baby , 1 years 6 months and a 65 years old mother. when we check out, the staff will call the cleaners, to check the room, see if there's a missing things. and i'm okay if i paid for one broken cup, coz my mother broke it accidentally. but my baby left a pillow in the room. why the staff not say something if there is a doll pillow left it by my baby. the pillow for adult, is nothing. but for my baby, it is precious. especially, during 3 hours flight.
why the staff can not say... "Dear guest, my staff cleaners, check the room, and they found a broken cup, a pillow, magazine, do u want to take it ? " ... why only mentioned the broken cup ? but the pillow not mention it ? why ? coz your staff like to take home, the left over things by guest ? or the hotel is like that ?
if one day, there is a guest left his medicine, and had a flight for 4 hours , and your staff dont want to report it again. what if the guest suddenly had a heartstroke during the flight, but your staff like to keep left over things..., like medicine ?
