Terrible experience. The room was very dirty, and the hallway smelled so awful that I had to hold my nose every time I walked to my room. On top of that, the sockets didn't work and the windows wouldn't close. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Definitely not worth it

Does not look like the advertised pictures at all. Very misleading. Room was in poor condition with doors falling off the hinges and no smoke detector on the room. I would never stay here again. Terrible hotel.

6/10 Bagus

It was okay for a hotel in Hammersmith, however, the bathroom stunk because we couldn’t open the window and the water in the shower and sink were not going down fast enough because of the sinkholes which made us uneasy. We weren’t staying there long though since we were outside every day so it was decent. Customer service was fine.

I got a standard studio. Everything was ok except for table being dirty and bathroom needs a redo. Everything else was fine and I enjoyed my stay there.

VERY VERY POOR STANDARDS. The bed looked it had not been changed for 3/4 previous bookings. The flooring was absolutely ridiculous and not ascetically pleasing. The bathroom was also very bad and not clean at all. VERY VERY POOR AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!! Requesting full refund immediately

10/10 Sempurna

Os rapazes eram muito simpáticos e prestativos. Sempre dispostos a ajudar.

"Do not go there! This Hotel is filthy! Their product/service does not match their advertised quality. They refused my request for an immediate refund. Absolute scam—don't even bother going there!"

8/10 Sangat bagus

Större lägenhet/rum än vad man vanligtvis får i London.

Great location and had everything in the room. The floor could do with a clean

This hotel there is no air conditioning rooms, the window opens very small. The room gets hot and there was no fan when we requested. Other than that close to subway and mall . No breakfast and wasn’t as clean, there was some hairs on the bed and dusty.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. It was filthy. The address is hard to find and then I was walked to a dirty basement room that was disgusting and falling apart. This is nothing that was listed online.

Very lacking in cutlery and crockery which as we were only staying one night wasn’t a problem, however if you were staying longer it could be. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of shopping and restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

2/10 Buruk

Room wasn’t in the hotel, it was in a nearby house. The building was in very poor condition and dirty. Piles of dirty laundry at the bottom of the stairs. Very shabby overall. Bed was very uncomfortable and no mattress cover, just a sheet. Location was good but that was the only positive. Definitely would not recommend.

We were taking off premises, in an alley, in a basement room. They odor at entrance was discussing, there was mold in every corner, holes in the floor. We left and ask for a refund immediately, AVOID AT ALL COST.

Everythings on the doortep. Lovely building and kind staff. A little old and dated but still definitely worth the money! Would have been lovely to have had more pillows.
