Staff was great, even called before our trip to let us know that a pipe had burst and the pool area would be out of order. Breakfast is basic food that you find at most continental breakfast. Our only issue was the super firm mattress.

The A/C in my room was a bit loud at times and sounded as if rain was pelting the window hard, which made me nervous due to the tornado watches/warnings we were experiencing that night. Once I acclimated to the noise, I had a good night's sleep. I did not address this issue with the staff.
