2/10 Buruk

I booked king smoking accessible for walker , they only had a King on 2nd floor or 3rd floor, and both had no heat or ac, had no TV, no microwave or fridge, and they had alot of ppl hanging out everywhere busy transient community they also wanted to charge me for me service dog for cardiac issues, I said that it was not fair. I should have to pay full price or accept any of those rooms. When that is not what I booked, and why were those rooms even available? They said management didn't care about replacing those things And told them to keep the rooms open for rent online there's no notice about inadequate room when making reservarion

I had booked a 7 night stay through hotels.com. After 3 nights, my key suddenly did not work. I was told by the Motel 6 front desk that my reservation had been cancelled. This was not the case from Hotels.com. They refused to let me into my room. Zero helpfulness from Motel 6 corporate and the local front desk staff.

We couldn't check in because the office CLOSES AT 11PM. I have never heard of such a thing! So I payed for a room that I couldn't get into. The motel looked like it was a drug and prostitution haven. A large banner stated that it was now a Motel 6 so I suppose they purchased a dump and they will turn it around but unfortunately that didn't help me last night. Ended up at a Days Inn and they were super helpful and gave me the best deal they could given my unfortunate circumstances. This review is only meant to warn others at this time of transition. We've stayed at many Motel 6's with excellent services and amenities. Happy travels y'all!
