A little disappointed by the quality of the property as it was a little outdated and the linens not fully clean. I stayed for one night and though it was adequate i have paid the same amount for better quality in Milan city centre. Pros: staff were helpful, the breakfast was simple but good, the air con was quiet. Adequate for one night

A high end experience! Staff was extremely polite and helpfull, friendly and attentive, no need to ask, service had been done already, luggage was brought up after storage… good tips, great and wide choice of breakfast Details made the (small but efficient) room feel very delicately designed: dark lining in the bed linnens, embroidered towels, complementary earplugs and toothpaste, a fully equiped minibar, built in tv, small details but a very high standard. I will defenitely be back!

The place overall is great, unfortunately for us there was a few issues. The room we stayed in was quite small very odd shaped room. The first night we got to our room the air conditioner didn't work. Seems it was a problem for many others as a few guests were in the lobby as well. The manager for the night left early and didn't seem to care to fix the problem. Then their elevator broke for two days. Then the AC got fixed, but the 2nd night it leaked all night actually damaging some of our clothing as it leaked all over it all night. I don't feel they were the best at customer service. I wouldn't stay here again.
