Hotel staff were very friendly (as on previous visits), the bedroom was clean and well maintained. Lobby and breakfast room were good but lifts and corridors need updating.

Oversll good experience. Location is not the best for walking around but not unsafe anyways, and been so close to Milano Centrale it is very convenient.

Great location! Walkable to the Duomo and other landmarks nearby. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s very clean and great service. It is a newer building, with elevators and excellent air-conditioning.

The best thing about the hotel was the staff. The hallways could definitely use some maintenance. The shower stall was full of mold. I understand that for the price you are given the bare necessities, but a bar of soap or facial tissue would be nice.

Banheiro pequeno. Cama de solteiro

A localização e a limpeza eram boas.
