Capella Sentosa is a real treat. Beautiful property just a stone's throw from the beach. we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a villa with a pool which was just beautiful. The in-house restaurants , although a little pricey are exceptional with special note to the excellent service. I especially appreciated the personal service by all hotel staff. Everyone knew our name and paid such special attention that you feel like you're the only guests at the resort. An exceptional 4 nights for us. Wouldn't hesitate in returning,

we are 4th time returning guests of Capella usually accompanied by our small dog. Their Italian and Chinese restaurants are now pet-friendly so that we could bring our small dog with us for breakfast and dinner at the outdoor terrace seats and this is definitely a plus point. Overall our stay was very comfortable and the Palawan Brach is just mins away!

1. Room photo was not as described (room photo had sea view and jacuzzi in balcony). They later upgraded me to one with jacuzzi in balcony, without sea view 2. Jacuzzi controls did not work, had to keep calling technical team 3. Contracted food poisoning after eating in the hotel (had laksa and watermelon juice) and went to emergency room the next day for treatment. They did an investigation and claimed no one else had fallen sick Just a bad experience overall
