1. I booked with payment at check in but payment was charged before I checked in. Something wrong between your system and hotels.com
2. There were two strangers sitting near the elevator whole night ( so called VIPs body guard ). It is disturbing other guest in such public place.
3. At 2AM , front desk called to my room and asked me look for pervious guest missing medicine. Should have it been known when your staff cleaning the room ? What if I was in deep sleep?
