I am an international traveler. I arrived in Spain with no internet connection on my phone OF COURSE! The airport didn't sell sim cards, and the only place I knew to buy one is closed this week. The property sent me access instructions an hour before check-in to my email, which of I couldn't receive because of no internet. My husband tried calling them multiple times, but no answer. I even had another hotel concierge try to reach them. Nothing. I literally sat outside of the building sitting on my suitcase and cried in the blazing 40 degree sun. I ultimately had to find another hotel. I will be asking for my money back. This was unacceptable.
