Excellent location!

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is conveniently located on the street next to Hefang Street, just a six-minute walk from Intime Mall. There's also a bus stop right in front, making it easy to reach West Lake. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made my stay even better.

The location cannot be beat. You are close by to many main food and shopping street. Short walk or bike to West Lake. The rooms are uniquely decorated. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly. The only down side is that it is quite warm in the room. The front desk mentioned that they can adjust the AC or provide a fan.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful, friendly and courteous. It was very close to nearby tourist attractions. The hotel no longer has a restaurant/kitchen, Expedia needs to update this info on their website as the hotel no longer provides breakfast on the go. However there are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores close by. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and shower facilities were satisfactory. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are in Hangzhou for a few days.

En tant que touriste français, j'avais peur que cela soit compliqué de se comprendre et que vu le prix, je me suis dit que c'était une arnaque. J'ai été agréablement surprise en voyant que le personnel parlait anglais et que nous pouvions nous comprendre. La chambre était vraiment très bien, spacieuse, tout équipée, je me suis senti tout de suite à l'aise (point spécial pour les super toilettes), le lit très confortable et le personnel très agréable.
