The property is convenient when it comes to transportation and groceries.

Conveniently located within walking distance of 3 different underground stations. The property was clean and warm with lovely hot water and very comfortable beds. Self check in instructions were very detailed.

Apartment was good. Spacious and clean. Address was bit confusing, Google maps takes you completely wrong way so make sure follow the video from owner. Suggest requesting to get that in advance.

Easy and comfortable with lovely hosts

Stayed with the family (3 kids), hosts communicated very well, picking up the keys was easy (a shop around the corner), West Kensington was a 5 minute walk and the stay was quiet and comfortable. There's a few late night shops around and also a very nice breakfast and coffee place around the corner (a few doors down from where keys are collected) called Hazel which is lovely. Great stay overall.

We stayed here for my granddaughters birthday surprise. We morning we was due to arrive we had send a number of messages about check in and Hurd nothing back until we phoned on another number that we had found the number we was given the phone was of so we didn’t even know If we would get into the accommodation. On arrival to the accommodation there was a strong smell of weed. When entering we got asked to take our shoes off!!! We should have taken them off on the way out not in or maybe this was because we might of fallen though the floors where there was so many holes and uneven. Plug stocks hanging of the walls The hottest day so we opened the windows for the window to fall of the hinges we was worried this would fall on passers by which I contacted the host but yet again Hurd nothing back So we didn’t open anymore windows incase happened again to then see a letter on the side where this should have been replaced 2weeks ago but they ignored it. The smell and mole in the bathroom was disgusting it set of heath issue and the children refused to go into the bathroom because of the smell and the noise of the water tank which every time someone flushed the toilet or run a tap it sounded like there was gremlins in the tank. We booked for 6 people and there was no bedding left for the sofa bed which when we finally got a reply they send a video of in it draws in a cupboard which the property had lots of private cupboards didn’t look in. Overall the host is just out to make money

Great location

Great location for Queens tennis club and general sightseeing in London . Close to the tube stops. Barons Court and West Kensington . The flat was very spacious , clean and comfortable. Ideal for us as a family. Only downside was the heat in the flat was unbearable. We did visit when it was 30c but we needed some fans to be available at the flat. We couldn’t open the windows completely in some rooms so it was like a sauna .
