No plug for the tub.
The metal overflow piece fell off when touched.
Tiny blood stain on the sheet,
headboard was dirty.
Could not screen share to the tv without downloading an app we would have to pay for.
At breakfast- orange juice was out the whole time and provided bagels but did not have any cream cheese.
The amenity book in the room listed pillows for $25 and directed to ask front desk about purchasing. When we asked, the front desk attendant said it was $50. We did end up purchasing for $25 after a lengthy seeming argument and pointing out the listing in the book. If the prices are outdated, the books should be updated.
The good- check in was smooth
We were just expecting a better experience from a hotel with such high ratings.
