Dirty Room

Bathroom was not clean when I arrived. There was blue tooth paste spit in the sink, the toilet appeared to have poop residue in it, and the bottom side of the toilet seat was filthy. The next morning I explained the condition of the room to the front desk and asked them to clean the room. They cleaned the bathroom, but didn't make the bed... There was a thick layer of dust visible on the desk under the TV. Paint peeling from tub surface. Couldn't get wifi to work.

Spend your money anywhere else but here

I rarely give a place a completely bad review, but I had to this time. I reserved a room with a king bed and kitchenette which said accessible. They did try to 'upgrade' to 2 queens, but room smelled, freezer was filthy and no shelves in the dirty fridge, and only 1 tiny nightstand. We were moved to the original room with the king. Again, fridge was filthy, but it had shelves. The sink for the 'kitchenette' had no water, and if you want dishes (that normally are included with a kitchenette), it's $100 deposit. The bedding and towels were stained, the bathroom fan didn't work (they tried to say it did but it was just very quiet, but I have proof it didn't), tub was dirty and had caulking in the base, bathroom door didn't latch, and there was a big gap under the room door. Then as I set up my medical equipment I busted my head open (bled a lot and had a mild concussion. I could barely put 2 words together even 24 hrs later) on the corner of the clothes hanging shelf. If I was a little taller, it could have been my eye instead. I was told that no one, in the history of Studio 6, had ever cracked their head open on the sharp corner..Nothing was fixed when we said something, not even the sink, and they didn't even offer to refund any of the money I paid. I emailed Studio 6 also since this is a franchise, and didn't receive a response from them either. My advice is to stay anywhere else but here if you want clean and comfortable.

Getting off the elevator the floor and carpeting was stinky and dirty. The room floor was sticky the bathroom floor was not so good either. Really lacking facility.

Dirty

The tables and counter tops were very dusty. The front desk blamed it on that it had been wind but you can tell it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The bathroom was not restocked and the coffee pot in the room still had old coffee grinds still in it.

The gentleman at the desk was very nice. My room had some cleaning issues and the hot tub wasn’t working. Overall it was comfortable and a short drive from lots of dining options and the Organ Mountains.

It was more like an apartment complex for junkies with money for a bit. Curfew at 10 pm! And waffer thin walls! Extended stay 3td floor? No disability leniency. Even though, favorites obviously got first floor. Heater loud and popping open. Across from low income assistance building. And still the audacity to rush check out! Nope! Don't do it!!

Bad experience from the moment I walk in. The counter person was rude. She explained there was no smoking on the property. When I opened the door to my room it smelled of stale smoke. I sat in my room for 10 minutes opened my laptop made a reservation at another hotel and left. Disgusting dump.
