Unusable broken bed and zero support The bed was completely broken when we arrived, causing it to sink all the way to the floor. I contacted support to report the issue, but they never responded. Terrible service and a completely unacceptable room. Do not recommend

Great location and a very clean, comfortable room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy with no issues accessing the room when we arrived for our reservation. We had a smooth, stress-free stay and would definitely return in the future.

I had a fantasy stay at this property. The property was cute, cozy and clean. The location was amazing! We went for the Toronto maple leafs playoff game and it was nice to walk out and be in the middle of everything already. We really enjoyed our stay! Definitely booking here again

Nice location but parking fees are crazy as there is always an event nearby and they tack a $40 Event fee onto the parking when there is one. Room was clean and access worked well to get into it.

Stuff was left behind in the room from previous people that stayed there. It’s a nice room but the balcony is very small and hard to get to, have to squeeze between the door and railing. Overall, had a pleasant stay.

The view of Lake Ontario from the 31st floor was spectacular. My granddaughters & I came to see the Billie Eilish concert at ScotiaBank Arena, a mere few steps from our hotel. So convenient!

Booked it through Expedia and thought it was a hotel, wasn’t clear that it was more or less an Airbnb. I had to contact the owner to get the key and entry code. I thought we were staying at a hotel.

Property and surrounding area was beautiful room was amazing only issue was sheets and pillows were dirty and stained and one security gard was quite rude the other was very helpful though
