The Greenleaf is a wonderful inn. The staff is extremely welcoming and kind. Our bed was extremely comfortable. Friday when it rained Jersey made sure their there pumpkins available to carve. There was a fire pit the next night. The recommendations made for our dinners were fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone.

Great location, hospitality was above and beyond, the vibe was excellent, everything was very personal and welcoming, and Jersey is the man. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at the Inn in late October. Jersey (the manager) was always available and worked diligently to make up feel welcome and meet our needs. Jersey’s assistant (Joey) was also very helpful and accommodating. The Greenleaf Inn sits right beside its sister Inn the, Admiral Quarters. Both have a common kitchen and areas that was a great fit for us since we had access to both. The Greenleaf has a huge commons area with an expansive roof deck, and the Quarters has good size kitchen, sitting area, and a sunroom. Each night, Jersey started a fire pit overlooking the bay and we enjoyed talked and getting to know other guests and even hearing a few ghost stories. We will definitely return to the Inn and look forward to seeing Jersey and Joey.

We stayed there as a last minute added night on our Maine trip late August. The location and views were amazing and Jersey is a hoot. He gives the orientation tour at check in and is very accommodating. The space is beautiful and our room was comfortable and spotless. We liked the community kitchen concept and would appreciate that next time if we stayed more to an a night. I would highly recommend this Inn and its sister property. Very relaxing vibes.

The Greenleaf Inn is your BEST choice for your visit to Boothbay- the hospitality is the shining star, the Innkeeper ensured the best experience for our stay with helpful knowledge of the area and generous attention to our interests and schedule- highly recommend! We will be return visitors!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Greenleaf Inn! The inn was immaculate, comfortable, and such a welcoming place to come back to after a day of exploring. Our host was wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. One of our favorite parts was the amazing view overlooking the harbor. Being able to look out and watch all the boats coming and going was so peaceful and really made our stay feel special. We’re so glad we chose the Greenleaf Inn and would absolutely stay here again!

Jersey was great! Very welcoming and walked us around the Inns showing all that was available! Widow’s Walk, fire pit area, all the areas to relax on the grounds. Helped us immediately with an issue right away! We plan on visiting again. Beautiful place to stay.

This beautiful bed-and-breakfast in Boothbay Harbor is conveniently located to the charming downtown area that is filled with shops and restaurants. We loved all the special amenities such as the well stocked kitchen, which we were allowed to use at any time. My husband and I made a Canadian bacon and egg dish for several breakfasts along with baked goods, fresh fruit and juice. I like how you would come home with restaurant leftovers and put your name on the container and put them in the fridge. Then you could heat them up in the kitchen the next day. We did this several times. Our host, Jeremy was very attentive, helpful and had a great sense of humor. We would highly recommend this beautiful bed-and-breakfast.

I’ve never felt more genuinely welcomed at a hotel than I did at Greenleaf. The property itself was beautiful, but it was the incredible staff who truly made our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond at every turn, making sure we had everything we needed and more. It felt like they weren’t just hosting us, they were taking care of us.

We had an amazing stay at this bed and breakfast! Jersey the host was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms and kitchen were exceptionally well stocked with everything we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to everything while still offering peace and quiet. The views were absolutely stunning and made every morning and evening special. The rooms were beautifully updated, spotless, and very comfortable, with a great blend of modern amenities and charm. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway in the boothbay area. We can’t wait to come back!

Jersey, who checked us in, was an absolute hoot! Being in the hospitality industry myself, I really appreciated how warm and personable the experience was from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and absolutely adorable. We instantly felt at home. Jersey also helped us make dinner reservations that evening, and having a local recommendation made the experience even better. It's those thoughtful touches that really set this inn apart. The entire B&B had the welcoming feel of staying with family. There were complimentary drinks and snacks available in the refrigerator whenever we wanted them, and the fresh pastries in the morning were such a treat. Sitting outside the inn with coffee, enjoying breakfast while watching the water, was the perfect way to start the day. We loved every minute of our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

the Inn was in the perfect location. Restaurants and shops are close by. The host was a very helpful and accommodating and it was very friendly atmosphere. Greenleaf Inn was an excellent place to stay. Mary the property manager stayed late to meet us as we were delayed in checking in. The room was absolutely beautiful and very clean. We definitely recommend this property if you are visiting Boothbay.
