I really enjoy the staff and they were very helpful. The locks on the door made me feel secure. They upgraded me to a refrigerator and kitchen room because I frequent the hotel and try to stay there when I can. I feel very safe there.

The place is quaint and freshly painted. I like having a refrigerator. I think there should be a full mirror, but maybe there was and someone broke it?? I already made reservations for another day. Bring your own makeup mirror and watch out cuz the door pinches your fingers. Hopefully they will fix that.

Excellent stay! The room was very clean, and everything inside worked great, Including: AC & Heat, TV, Shower, comfortable bed, refrigerator & microwave. You park your car literally a few feet from your door, which is extremely convenient. Staff is friendly, helpful, and always available. Highly Recommend!

Very supportive management but the property is a dump. The room was teared and broken with a cracked window, missing mirror in the bathroom, wifi is not working, unsafe environment and the property needs a major uppgrading so stay away from this motell. Mycket trevlig personal men rummet var otroligt slitet som till exempel ingen spegel i badrummet. Sprucken glasruta mot gatan, wifi fungerar inte. Familjen var orolig för vägglöss och området kändes "unsafe" farligt.

Air conditioning was very loud and the room got a lot of street noise. Kitchenette had no dishes. Don’t know why I paid more for a room with a useless kitchenette. Front door looked like it had previously been broken into. Do it didn’t feel very safe.

This was easily the worst room I have ever stayed in, and I have traveled all over the USA and have visited 67 countries. It smelled terrible, many items were broken and the bathroom had rust on the fixtures. There was no mirror in the bathroom and the medicine cabinet had a back panel and one side piece (the rest was missing). The only lock on the entry room door was a button on the knob (there had been a chain at one time but it was missing the parts needed to lock it in place). To top it off, there was no hot water. I let the shower and sink run for 15 minutes and the water was still cold. This place should not be available on Hotels.com. It was an absolute dump. I wish I could get my money back.
The only lock was on the handset.
