Very friendly family business. Best value in Leon County. We stayed here during and after a big storm and rested well.

Was by far not what i was expecting, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were actually really nice, clean and cool to come to after being in the heat.. and i want to say a special thank you to the gentlemen, who checked me in and helped me with the TV when I got there. ...i will absolutely stay again in the very near in future and recommend this place to others

Staff members were excellent. My room was clean every day and amenities were always there, very clean very well oriented and never had a problem with anything missing whatsoever if you want somewhere comfortable to stay in this is the place to come.

Black/rusty water flowed briefly into the tub upon opening, hot water faucet leaked into the tub and sink did not drain but very slowly. Hover, the room was spacious and quiet. The A/C was very effective and the bed and pillows very comfortable

I booked a stay got there late room was gone. There are men hanging outside the hotel. It is not a nice place to stay i will not ever stay!!! I would not recommend this REgency Inn to anybody. Bad atmosphere not safe!!!

Nice family business. The county should fix the Hwy pavement entering the property. Large trucks have ruined the hwy pavement.

Property is in small town with limited guests. Condition understandable, but a few inexpensive touch-ups would work wonders. Nice people, quiet. Priced accurately.

People blasting music from their car in the parking lot at night. Rooms are pretty run down, not really clean. Not sure where all all the reviews about friendly staff are coming from but the guy who checked me in was pretty rude
