Vagabond Mermaid Guesthouse is lovely. It's clean and spacious and breakfast was great. Vanessa is a friendly, informative hostess and Charlie is the best security you could ever have. We would highly recommend staying at Vagabond Mermaid Guesthouse.

Vanessa and Charlie are amazing, Vanessa is genuinely interested in you and making your stay in Ponta Delgada the best possible. The accommodation is within walking distance from the city centre Next time I'm staying in Ponta Delgada this will be my first choice of accommodation

Nice and clean place. Has everything you need to spend a holiday in this beautiful island and Vanessa was very kind with us. She also waited us for a very late check in and gave us information and suggestions that made our stay great. Breakfast was fresh and with a big choice. Bathroom is shared but it was never an issue.

Emplacement pratique non loin de l’aéroport et du centre. Chambres propres, petit déjeuner, literie confortable. Mais ce qui fait la différence, c’est la grande gentillesse, la disponibilité et l’attention de Vanessa envers ses clients. Mille mercis !!

Great stay with a lovely host! The guesthouse is very well located, 10 minutes walk from attractions which makes it quiet so we can enjoy a good night sleep. Safe location, great breakfast, I highly recommend this place.

I had such an incredible stay! Where to even begin? The guesthouse was beautiful, well-kept and clean, my room was spacious with lots of storage. Although bathrooms are shared, I never had to wait long for one, if I did wait. The breakfasts were generous with a lot of variety, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The place was in walking distance of lots of cafes, restaurants, the waterfront. Vanessa (and Charlie!) was a wonderful, warm host. She shared so many helpful suggestions and I enjoyed just chatting with her about Sao Miguel and life generally. :) I highly recommend staying here, and I will definitely be back myself in the future! Thank you so much for everything, Vanessa!!

객실은 깨끗하고 직원분들은 매우 친절해요 식사 또한 매일 풍족했어요. 단지 아쉬운점은 공용 화장실 사용이였어요.. 화장실이 있는 층수에 머물렀다면 더 나았을 것 같아요^^;;; 저흰 3층에 머물렀는데 아쉽게도 3층엔 화장실이 없어서 자기전 맥주가 마시고 싶어도 참았어요^^;;;

Agréable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hébergement. Nous y sommes restés 1 semaine. Les points forts sont l'accueil de Vanessa, ses petites attentions envers ses hôtes, sa sympathie, sa disponibilité et surtout sa gentillesse. Elle est de bons conseils sur les lieux à découvrir ou les restaurants.... J'ai eu la chance d'avoir un petit présent le jour de mon anniversaire. Alors qu'elle n'avait aucune obligation. J'ai été très touchée par ce geste. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Le système mis en place permet d'être en autonomie. La chambre était propre spacieuse. Il y avait tout le confort. La salle de bain était propre et avait tout les articles de toilette nécessaire. Vanessa vous fait la lessive pour 5€. En plus elle vous rend vos vêtements secs et pliés. C'est une hôte incroyablement gentille. Vous êtes proche de l'aéroport et du centre ville. Très belle découverte. Je conseille ce logement.
