Rooms were clean, except the floors left your socks dirty when you walked around in the room. Staff was great to any requests. Hot tub was quite warm, but really needed better jet action. Having a washer and dryer in the room was nice to have available. I am sad to hear that it is turning into apartments. We have enjoyed staying here.

We do not plan to stay at the property, but after a Vrbo mishap we ended up here. It is an old motel that is being rehabbed. While our unit didn’t seem to be one of the nicest, some looked very nice! Wish we had booked direct so we could have gotten a better room. My only complaint was the pool was so cold. We were out in the heatwave of 105 in March, and somehow the pool was like an ice bath. Overall we enjoyed our stay and was thankful to find a place for the entire week.

This little boutique style hotel is so nice. It is pretty, the staff was amazing. The pool had plenty of seating. It is obviously older but has been updated and well maintained. The large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were an added bonus. Our room also had a washer/dryer combo which was lovely. Even though breakfast is not offered, there were fresh donuts in the lobby every morning as well as snacks, and drinks available. There were also complimentary snacks in our room. We also loved the keyless entry to our room. No more keeping track of keys. Plenty of parking, and several restaurants within walking distance as well as a convenience store and grocery store. Again, the staff was lovely! Friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is a lovely property. Our basic king room had a kitchen/living room and separate bedroom. The doors have code pads so you don’t have to keep track of key cards. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It’s ok….you can tell the have just gone in and painted everything - otherwise underneath it’s very old - we stated his for one night - got in late and left would not want to stay here very kk no whatsoever - and its definitely not worth the $300 plus it was regardless of hotels were expensive the weekend we stayed.

Hair wad in bathroom upon arrival. Tub finish peeling. Some electrical outlets not working. Small pillows no blankets (might want to bring your own) had to buy our own at Target. Bedding consists of 2 ruff sheets with a weird spread in between. Vinyl furniture had marker scribbles and a hole. Had to wipe everything down. Paint splatters all over. Poor quality renovation not easily seen in property photos.

Great location between Scottsdale and Tempe. That's about the only good thing I can remember. The price was very high for what we received. They had no live TV, only apps that wanted you to pay to access. We also left a Beauty Rest pillow in our room. We called and spoke with a manager who said he'd get back to us. No reply. So the second day we texted the other manager and was told they'd get back to us. Text messages the following day did little to locate the pillow (an expensive Beauty Rest).

Will stay again next year for Spring training season. The room was clean, the staff was kind and helpful, and the location was great and safe. My only recommendation is the couch, pillows and bed are a bit uncomfortable. I don’t know what a solution for that would be but felt it was worth noting because Ibprofen was needed every morning. BUT this place was great and would stay again just will bring my own pillows and see if that helps.
