I got to the hotel and i was told rooms are filled
I got to the hotel and they told me it’s fully booked. I had made payments on hotels.com and everything. Next thing I know is they are making calls to dumb me at a random hotel without my knowledge. After 1hr i insisted they have to give me a room. They had already inconvenienced me and making me late to a program. They give the lobby for parties, play music and etc disturbing and interrupting with your sleep. They have a restaurant in the hotel and they have music going off as soon as 9am-12am. If you want sleep this not the right place, if you’re working this not the right place. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Disappointing Stay
I had high expectations for this hotel, especially since I booked what was supposed to be the best room. I was excited about the smaller, more intimate atmosphere. However, my experience was far from pleasant.
Upon arrival, there was a loud event with banging music and heavy bass from the speakers. It was incredibly disruptive, and since I had already prepaid for a non-refundable stay, I had no choice but to endure it.
The pool was another disappointment. Not only is it lackluster, but using it comes with an additional fee. To make matters worse, it desperately needs cleaning and sanitization.
Customer service was the most upsetting part of my stay. I interacted with two front desk staff members. The evening staff member seemed indifferent and dismissive. When I called to address an issue, her response was, “I just got on, and I don’t know,” offering no solution or concern. It felt like she didn’t care, which is disheartening, especially since the front desk represents the hotel’s brand.
The WiFi was also an issue. I was told it was temporarily down, but it never came back up during my stay.
On a positive note, I did enjoy a cocktail from the bar—it was fantastic! Unfortunately, the overall experience left me uninspired to spend any more money at the property.
Customer service and attention to detail make all the difference, and I hope the owner takes steps to address these issues.

1. Poor coordination. The hotel staff said we did not have our reservation at check-in even after showing the staff a copy of our booking confirmation and payment receipt from Hotels.com. It took a while for the staff to confirm our reservation from management.
2. False advertisement. We booked a luxury double room with a balcony. The hotel does not have any room with its own balcony. This is false advertising about availability of room with a balcony. The staff wanted to redirect us to a standard room because they said the price paid was for a standard room but we refused.
3. Room condition - a) the room had musty smell. b) a cockroach was found in the refrigerator and another was seen running towards the bed. c) running water temporarily stopped flowing from the faucet. We alerted the front desk before the issue was corrected. d) a/c was not chilling even when thermostat was set at 16C
4. Lack of supplies. The hotel run out of both complimentary bottled water and bottled water for sale.
5. Delayed breakfast. In the morning, when we asked for breakfast at 8 a.m., we were told that the kitchen staff start work at 8 a.m. so breakfast was served at 9:10 a.m.

The property is a fraud and the service atrocious as follows:
The rooms: they are sold as deluxe with a balcony. No room (including executive room, which I upgraded to at great cost) had a balcony. A most dishonest bunch of characters.
Cockroaches: the fridge was dirty. It was infested with cockroaches. The coffee machine in the room had dirt and dead cockroaches in the water cannister. The roaches can be seen crawling on the floor.
No black out blinds: the window blinds are transparent. The only time light does not shine through are between 8pm and 5AM.
Noise level: the hotel staff have no respect or duty of care for its customers. There is a constant streaming loud music from the lobby and a different genre of music from outdoor seating area. This is the case until 3AM.
Dishonesty: the rooms are marketed fraudulently (no balcony). They lied about fixing the window blinds. They lied about restoration of running water when the taps went dry.
Arrogant and lazy staff: The quality of staff is appalling. The following were striking in their incompetence tardiness: Tracy, Jessica, Jacky and their manager- Maxwell Boateng. The manager and Tracy in particular, were the worst villains. They are lazy (lack initiative in providing a bucket of water when the there was no running water), very poor communication.
In short, all self respecting individuals should stay away from this hotel for health (coackroaches and dirty fridge and room) and safety reasons.
