Would definitely stay here again!I had a great experience at the Holiday Hotel. The staff are amazing—they really look after you and are always ready to help with any questions. It is a very good hotel overall. The only downsides are that the gym could use an upgrade and there is no spa on-site. Still, I highly recommend it!

Let my review be a warning to anyone who is thinking to stay in this hotel. The property is not as it is advertised. The lobby is ok but once we entered the elevator, you can smell the strong onion smell that emanates from the kitchen, we booked a family room and it is very dirty, the toilet smells like sewage, it is not flushing properly, once we saw that, we left the property to gather out thoughts as what to do. once we decided we just put our luggage's in the room and spend the night at our family members' house, we returned and try to drop off our luggage in our room which took like two hours to eat lunch and come back and the front desk told us they gave away the room and offer a one bed room. Mind you, we didn't cancel the reservation nor we were late to check in. Once I contacted hotels.com, the property manager lied by saying I demanded a carpet change in the room and said we took also a shuttle from the airport. I was already in Addis for a week. They are liars and frauds. I hope this helps others to avoid that hotel.

Outstanding Stay and Exceptional Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ My recent stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The customer service truly exceeded expectations every team member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making me feel welcome and well cared for throughout my visit. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the buffet layout was particularly impressive. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It’s evident that the hotel upholds very high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. The only downside was the inconsistent Wi-Fi connection, which I reported to the front desk on several occasions. The airport shuttle service was excellent clean vehicle, pleasant drive, and a professionally courteous driver. What truly distinguished this experience was the remarkable staff. From the front desk to housekeeping, every individual displayed professionalism, warmth, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Their attentiveness and kindness elevated my stay and left a lasting impression. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a seamless and enjoyable stay with exceptional service. I look forward to returning on my next visit.

Let's start with the good. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also okay. The staff were also very warm and friendly. They really tried their best to help us and make our stay comfortable despite the challenges we faced. Now the bad. Cockroaches. We stayed for 2 nights and the first night was absolutely horrible, as the room (705) was filled with cockroaches. They were everywhere. Floor. Walls. Bed. We requested a room change, but we were informed that the hotel was full. We had to bite the bullet because it was late and we couldn't look for another hotel that late with a young child. We slept with the roaches. Next morning, we were switched to a different room. We left and came back in the evening, and still found cockroaches in the new room. Not too many as the first, but they were still there. The rooms also have TVs but they're virtually useless, so forget about watching TV.
