2/10 Buruk

You get what you pay for, no complaints here, just honesty. Hotel location & rooftop pool are excellent but the communal hallways and stairs are tatty . room we had was like a furnace. Fans provided but to minimal affect. Staff were polite and helpful. Didn’t pay a lot for the room so not going to complain but not for us so wouldn’t be returning. But if you’re on a budget, go for it.

I only booked this hotel for one night as I was on a road trip around Tenerife. I wish I could have stayed longer. The hotel is in such a fab location with Plaza del Charco just a couple of blocks away and the pedestrian walkway to Martinez close by in the opposite direction. The hotel was fantastic value for money and would recommend this compared to a catered hotel, because the money you save, you can eat out in proper restaurants. Would definitely chose this hotel again when I next visit.

4/10 Lumayan

The location is great, the rooms are of a very low standard, and the furnishings are old and creaky. Even though our reservation included an anytime check-out, we were left with a rude and unprofessional attitude.
