My stay was unfortunately disappointing due to several maintenance and service issues. Upon arrival, the shower was not properly cleaned, as there was visible hair left behind. The sink also did not drain properly and would fill with water during use.
The placement of amenities was inconvenient—the body wash was mounted near the sink rather than in the shower alongside the shampoo and conditioner, making it impossible to use, especially since the sink is located outside of the bathroom area. Additionally, the bathroom lacks a ventilation fan, which made condensation a consistent issue.
The room itself was missing basic conveniences such as a refrigerator and microwave, despite there being adequate space to accommodate them.
Housekeeping service was inconsistent throughout the stay. After the first night, we requested fresh sheets and towels; however, the bed was not made when my friend returned later that day. I had to call that evening to have the bed changed and towels delivered, and initially received pushback as housekeeping had already left—despite our request being made that morning. On the third day, we again requested fresh towels, but housekeeping did not service the room at all. We ultimately had to contact the front desk at 10 p.m. to have towels brought up.
Overall, I’m surprised by the high rating of this property. The only positives were the affordable price and its proximity to the airport.
