Be careful!
Got to the hotel and they put us in a room where the heater was blowing hot air non stop. It was 95 degrees in that room. We immediately called the front desk and the gentleman that answered was walking us through all kinds of steps to try to fix the AC, none of them worked. He said he would come up to the room and see if he could fix it. He never came up there, and after waiting 10 or 15 minutes, I sent my son downstairs to let him know we were waiting and he was just standing in the lobby. I went down there and he said I don’t have any other rooms available, so I have nowhere else to put you. I guess you will just have to check out and go somewhere else. I was completely appalled, I have never had a hotel do this to me. We had just brought everything in from our vehicle at the end of a very long exhausting day. And then, since I had made my reservation through Hotels.com, he told me I would have to reach out to them for a refund. When I did reach out to customer service, they had to contact the hotel to find out what happened. The hotel never even logged our check out. We were in our room for 30 minutes with the door propped open to get some cool air, and then ended up taking all of our belongings back to our vehicle. They said they couldn’t help us because the person at the desk never checked us out properly. I ended up getting it worked out, but it was a nightmare. If you have any difficulty at this location, get everything in writing with a receipt.
