Fire alarm broken, needed to store it in my car overnight. Sheets dirty (glad I brought a blanket to sleep on). It’s good for using bathroom and crashing after a busy night in Sac. Car was safe in parking lot (so that was good)

Have stayed here a few times however this was the first time I had an actual issue. I'm used to certain minor recurrences like having to go ask for towels or toilet paper but more than three times I was locked out of my room because o

This place needs a serious upgrade… bed was horrible and hard and squeaky. It smelled and lamp shade is broken..

Checked in and there was a bowel movement on the toilet and some smeared on the blanket. Hair on the counter and in the towels. The smoke detector was off the ceiling and on a counter. Tried to request a new room, but there was nobody up front. We tried ringing the doorbell multiple times and waited 20 minutes, but had to leave because there was a stranger on the property making us feel unsafe and asking about our room. Let the cleaning lady know about the bowel movement and she had nothing to say. I have been attempting to get a refund, but no luck.

I liked how I had a microwave and a mini refrigerator in my room. Plus a walk in shower.

6/10 Bagus

The room was run down and dirty, there were several water leaks, and it was way overpriced ($140); it was bad. On the other hand, it was very convenient to downtown for the marathon and the front desk people were very kind and went out of their way to be accommodating, like offering a different room and allowing us to stay past the normal check out time.

Heater didn’t work, tv didn’t turn on, bathroom was a mess, curtains torn…honestly the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in…nothing like the picture, had a little skinny blanket in addition to no heater

Did the job of innkeeping well.

The hotel was excellent for the price charged. It wasn't the Waldorf but was a affordable, convenient, and welcome place to stay in a time when it seems every room in town over charges by 20 or 30 %. When lookad at with that in mind it was 5 star.
