非常に綺麗で豪華な部屋で快適でした。チェックインについても、早めに到着して荷物を無料預かりで宿泊部屋に送って頂けたのは非常に有り難かったです。what's upアプリでのやりとりも初めてでしたが、日本のLINE相当で安心してやりとり出来ました。また、クアラルンプールに行く機会があれば、宿泊してみたいと思います。

It is closed to Conlay station. It takes 15 mins walk to Pavilion shopping mall. In our booking, there are 2 bedrooms and two toilets and one of the bedroom has the view of Petronas Twin Towers. The room keeper, Mr Shohedul helped us to keep our luggage on our final day. Many thanks for his help. We enjoy staying at Eaton Residences.

To be fair, the view is great, the staff are very nice and helpful. However, the 3-bedroom apartment that we stayed the condition is old and a bit dirty, we found 2 live cockroaches in the bathrooms during our stay. The lift waiting time is terrible, I will not suggest to stay here during long weekend holiday as u will be stuck in the lift lobby for the longest time !

Located on the 43rd floor of the Eaton Residences, Moonway Suites apartment was large, clean and very comfortable. The highlight is access to the rooftop infinity pool with an incredible view of Kuala Lumpur’s iconic Petronas towers. The Eaton Residences has 24 hour security and is located 5 minutes from the Conlay station on K-L’s pristine and extensive MRT.

We were very pleased with the room, amenities, and location. The rooftop pool was amazing. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was severely lacking. After cleaning, the staff left our room unlocked and wide open, and it stayed that way for hours until we discovered it upon our return in the evening. Despite an apology from management, this serious lapse in security left us unable to feel comfortable with further housekeeping visits.

Splendid stay, could not be better! Everything about this stay was wonderful. Check-in was incredibly smooth just received the card and moved right in. The team was very helpful, direct, and upfront with all information and directions, which made everything easy and stress-free. They were also proactive in asking if we needed anything additional, which was much appreciated. The location is excellent, with great facilities throughout the building. The view from the 46th floor was absolutely stunning. The pool and open area on the 51st floor are amazing a perfect spot to enjoy the city skyline and take beautiful photos. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The property managers were great at check in and check out was super easy. Not their fault but the property has construction in lobby and that is a hassle for getting in and out of Ubers - especially with heavy bags. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms spotless, kitchen and dining area well stocked. Only the living room was very minimal with small coach and tv, but as I was alone in large 2 bedroom, I was able to manage. In the end, the location is central (though not walkable) and the price point is excellent - and of course your experience from the 51st story pool is worth all the above.

Het is vlakbij metrostation Conlay, even oversteken en je bent er. Je hebt ook een directe verbinding met Putrajaya Sentral. Via Putrajaya naar KLIA vv. Het inchecken ging vlot en werd ook een tour door het apartement gedaan en gebruik van de keycard. Het is 15 min lopen naar KLCC Suria/ Twin Towers. Best wel een rustige plek in een drukke stad. Wel zorgen voor het weggooien van eigen vuil. Alle info wordt vi WhatsApp gezonden bij check in. Apartement is goed en schoon

We absolutely loved the room we were given. The view was excellent, especially the view of the Petronas Towers. The assistant who gave us the keys and explained the Wi-Fi and all the apartment details was very attentive, polite, and helpful. We were very happy with our stay.
