Although the property is clean, located in a nice area, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room descriptions are somewhat misleading. There is no kitchenette or separate sitting area for individual rooms. Instead, deluxe and higher-category rooms share a common living room, which is nicely furnished.
I stayed in a deluxe room, which felt quite cramped. A chair and desk were squeezed in very close to the bed and bathroom door, leaving very little space to move comfortably. I was also disappointed by the lack of electrical sockets near the bed, which made charging my phone inconvenient.
While I appreciated having a microwave in the room, it was placed on the floor, making it awkward to use. I stayed for three nights, but my room was not cleaned during my stay. There was no iron in the room; however, when I requested one, the staff promptly delivered an iron and ironing board to my door, which I appreciated.
Breakfast was served in the room and was always on time, but there was no variety or choice of options. Overall, the property has many positive aspects and good potential, but clearer room descriptions and a few improvements would significantly enhance the guest experience.
