部屋もスタッフの対応も良かったのですが 路地を入ったところのドアを入るのが分かりにくくて何分も周りをウロウロしました。 城壁の中なので場所は素晴らしいのですがエレベーターなしで重い荷物を4階まで上げるのはしんどかった。 冷蔵庫がないのも残念でした。 朝食はクロアチア朝食にしたのですが、ハムとチーズと卵だけでやさいは一切ありませんでした。 スタッフがレセプションにいる時間が限られているので夕方以降のチェックインは、ホテルからのメール連絡(英語)でドアの暗証番号が分かる方式です。

Room was clean, acceptable, and in an excellent location for touring old Dubrovnik. So why the bad review? You are paying full price for a hotel with minimum staffing. If you arrive after 3 pm you may have to ask several times before someone from the nearby restaurant leads you to a closed door in the wall with the name on the door itself, no other signage. Then you have to enter the room combination on the electronic lock and if you get the timing right after a couple tries, let yourself in, pick up your envelope with keys and find your room. This for almost $300 per night. In addition, the air conditioning was not working and the noise from the restaurant if you left the windows was not good for sleeping either. They worked on AC next day but still not great and I wouldn't touch the controls for fear of shutting it off.

This is a wonderful hotel and highly recommended. It speaks of quality in every aspect. It is in the heart of old town with all possibilities of shopping, restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Great hotel location! Staff was great to communicate with especially since our flights kept changing due to strikes in AMSTERDAM. Breakfast was delicious and the luggage storage was a nice feature.

The hotel far exceeded our expectations; the room was larger than the photos seemed to show, and better in any way: the modern, stylish decor, comfortable bed, large bathroom, more towels than I’ve ever had in a hotel. The cleanliness was absolute, the breakfast offered many options and included expresso (our choice) coffee. The staff could not do more for us, from the friendly receptionists who texted me when the room was ready and responded immediately, gave local and down to earth advice for sightseeing, to the clearly highly trained waiter who waited us at breakfast. And it is a few steps from the Pile Gate, where all taxis and other means of transportation will stop. As locations go, it is in the Old Town, meaning that all attractions and dining are just outside the hotel door. We would not be staying anywhere else when returning to that magnificent place.

A lovely room in a well kept hotel in the Old Town, with some exceptionally helpful staff who were able to assist with excursions. Very close to the Pile Gate so a majority of the sights are within a short walk with numerous restaurants, bars and small takeaways giving lots if variety.
