Room was in good condition and comfortable bed. Staff was pleasant although with limited English ability. There was no English name of the hotel on the exterior of the building or in the lobby. The hotel is on the 5th floor of an office building and the reception in the main lobby didn't know about the hotel when I showed them a Chinese translation of the English name and they directed me to another building across the street. The nice people in the lobby of that building called the receptionist of the hotel who came down to the street to meet me.
