We booked the hotel BUT got NO indication how to check in. When we arrived at the hotel and contacted with the Agent, we were told that NO ROOM was lept for us and we were told to Grab to another hotel for 2 days (which was much poor in terms of facilities, even no micro-wave oven was provided and broken bed) for checking in. We got NO effective compensation. The
We rebooked this hotel two days later and checked in. In general, the housing condition is good except the excedingly TERRIBLE Internet, WHICH in effect blocks any surfing!!
BTW, the Agent seems not very responsive to questions.
