The room was pretty clean but I would have to say the bathroom could use a little work the bathtub had issues draining and I asked the staff to take a look at it and they did and the bathtub still had an issue draining after that and I pretty much just live with it and a lot of grow a lot of black the bathroom could use a little love and the carpets could definitely use a little cleaning but other than that super great stay and definitely recommend for somebody on a budget.

Room was okay needs an update. Carpets were stained in areas. Found window unlocked so locked it before we went to sleep. Air conditioner worked okay. Got a little hot. The beds were somewhat comfortable but overall it was a good stay.

The staff at the front desk were ok. My biggest concern was the carpet had stains all over it. The toilet and bath tub were not cleaned. It was cheaper than almost all the hotels in Hobbs.

Bathroom was beyond dirty. Old build up hair stuck in corners, towels were more brown than white and had a funny smell to them. Beds were comfy and made very pretty but once you started looking at comforter, it had someone’s hair all over it. Clumps of hair on carpet in room. Dust boards looked like they had two year build up of dirt and hair caked on them. Bathroom door had dirty hand prints all over both sides.

The outside portion was a little sketchy looking when we pulled in, lobby & room were fine. The side door where we entered was not locked, so anyone could just walk in. The bed was comfy & room was clean; it was ok for the night. I don't think we would stay again if in the area, just due to the unsafe feeling we got.

The room was very dirty, you can obviously tell they do not clean the rooms. Everything was stained: walls, carpet, bedding, furniture. There was trash and used fake nails behind the furniture. Pieces of hair all over the sheets, shower, and carpet. A used Q-tip behind the restroom door. EXTREMELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Host offered to change rooms but the other room was more disgusting.
