This place was a Wow! What a great find. The owner/manager was excellent. Communicated well. Asked me to message when my train arrived and he was at the place in a few mins. Everything inside feels new and clean. Shared kitchen was great. Coffee pods were quality. Good aircon in room, excellent bathroom, shower, facilities. Cannot think of a single thing to improve. Well done!

I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Pisa. The location is excellent, especially being so close to the airport, which makes everything very convenient. This is not a hotel, but a shared accommodation with four rooms connected to a common seating area. The shared space is well-equipped with a coffee machine, tea maker, and refrigerator, which is very useful during the stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and everything felt comfortable. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience even better. If you are planning to stay in Pisa, this place is definitely a great choice.

The owner met us outside the building and helped us with our luggage. He was really lovely. The room was great - we had the triple room. Good bathroom, air conditioning. Big fridge in the main area. Coffee machine and table and chairs. 8 min walk from Pisa central train station. You can walk there and get the 1+ bus straight to the Tower of Pisa.

Budget friendly stay in accessible location

A smooth checkin and pleasant room. We only had one night so it was a short stay, but budget friendly and a comfortable sleep. Convenient for the airport and train station, a 25 minute bus to the main attractions.

Federico, the host absolute best I’ve had. Room was big and clean (room number 2), distance from airport walkable even with luggage and 20 mins from city center. If you want to have nice time and have good place to visit Pisa and other cities (3 min from train station) you can’t find a better place with better host.
