Literally everything was brand new when we stayed. Five min walk from the station. Brilliant communication with the owner. However, we were being kicked out 30 mins before check out time.

I’m only giving one star review because of the inconvenience situation that happened with the staff. I booked the room last minute booking right before my flight to Mestre. My flight got diverted to a different city due to severe weather. I was not able to make it to the room we had booked, and when I asked for either a credit or reimbursement to use for another day, I was met with a no regardless of the scenario. Would not recommend, and the communication is awful.

チェックインの際ベルを押しても応答は無く、ホテルへメールしたところベルを押すよう返信があり、何度も押しましたが応答はありませんでした。 その後メール返信は無くなり、電話で連絡すると今から降りて来ると言われ、5分経っても降りて来ず再度電話して数分後スタッフが来ました。 ベルを何度押しても返信が無かった旨伝えると、ベルは故障しているので電話する様言われました。 チェックインに1時間程要しました。 また、部屋と水回りは別でシャワーのお湯は青の表示の方へ回す必要があり圧力も弱いです。 hotels.com上ではホテル到着後1.5€支払う表示でしたが、ホテル側からは4€要求され何度も確認しましたが、4€現金払いが必要と繰り返すだけで結局は支払いました。 急な予定変更でホテルの選択肢が限られてこちらを予約させていただきましたが、おすすめはしません。

La habitación excelente. No me gustó que el encargado tardara mucho tiempo en contestar ya que no se encontraba en el lugar. Y también que no hiciera esfuerzo alguno por tratar de entender mi idioma o él hacerse entender conmigo.
