This place was very ghetto and very ran down with an awful meal to smell. There were strange characters and homeless people walking around all night long. There was trash all over the ground this is an awful place to stay. I will never ever ever in life stay there again

Terrible hotel... Dirty, foul-smelling, and unsafe. To start with, the lobby is closed at all hours, and you are served through a small window. The room reeks of cigarette smoke; the bed linens and towels are completely dingy—stained and marked with cigarette burns. It’s disgusting. For just a little more money, you could stay at a much better hotel and enjoy a comfortable night's rest. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!!

Lady was dude rooms were available but the lady said there was no available rooms after i already paid she started yelling at me telling me to “get the f**** off her property!” And that she was going to call the police on me when I didn’t disrespect her not once.. mind you I had my 5 year old son with me and she was doing all of this infront of him..

Laundry room was closed which is a big inconvenience since that’s where the ice machine is! Staff is fine there’s a Walmart across the street if you needed to buy anything.

1. I honestly question whether the ratings were manipulated — this place was shockingly awful compared to its score. 2. I was given a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes, and there were cigarette burn marks on the bedding. 3. About four guests gathered in front of my room wearing nothing but their underwear and smoking. It felt very intimidating and unsafe. 4. I believe Hotels.com should review whether there has been any rating manipulation so that no other guests have to go through what I experienced. 5. In the morning, I noticed a crack on my car’s windshield parked outside, which left me feeling very uneasy.

This place is raggedy. The door was broke and had a credit card sized gap so it was cold all night. The bed was stained and dirty. There was no phone to call the front desk. The room was moldy. The bathroom was dirty. I slept in a chair. I was low on funds and couldn't find anything with a reasonable price. I booked 2 days and left after the first night they kept my money. Y'all should do some type of property verification and audits. This is crazy sending people to roach motel that won't give you your money back.

Upon arrival, the receptionist made us wait until he finished eating before attending to us. From the very beginning, the service was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. He treated us very poorly and showed no interest in helping. When we were finally able to check in, the key cards did not work properly and we had to go back to the front desk several times. Once inside the room, the situation was even worse. The room was dirty, with visible bugs, and the bed sheets were stained with what looked like urine or possibly blood. It was impossible to feel comfortable in those conditions. There was also a strong cigarette smell in the room, which made the experience even more unpleasant. We couldn’t even stay the night and had to find another hotel. Despite the unacceptable conditions, we were not given a refund. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
