Excellent location with lots to do nearby. Rooms have been updated in a clean, modern style with coffee maker, mini fridge, etc. Property is well maintained... even though they have implemented a virtual front desk, communication was excellent and the online check-in / check-out process straightforward and easy to follow.

It was a nice place and we had a great time in Tahoe. It was walking distance to the village and restaurants. There were a few things I didn’t expect though. The shared indoor space looked to be under remodel and full of building materials, this would’ve been nice to know about, the hot tub is pretty small, and the parking lot is small and hard to maneuver in an suv when it’s full. The staff was nice the few times I saw them. The room was decent enough and clean. I don’t know that I would stay there again.

Our favorite “hotel” on our big US west roadtrip so far. Absolutely loved the room. Bed, sheets, pillows.. super comfort. Loved the decor. The bathroom was unique and I love that. Two extra towels already in the room, very convenient! The body wash was nice as well as the soap (didn’t use the shampoo). The location was very convenient with Lime scooters in front of the door. Shops all walking distance. Beach walking distance and then also give you a $5 voucher for the entrance, VERY sweet! If we ever come back this is where we would stay. One thing we didn’t like is that they have it in their guide that pets aren’t allowed on any furniture or the bed.. then I’m thinking you shouldn’t allow pets at all. Doesn’t make it pet friendly then. Kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Then you’re not pet friendly just tolerating them. There is a difference between an inside cat and someone bringing an outside dirty dog and you have to agree

Critical! There is no staff on site for check in. That’s fine but should be noted on Hotel.com’s site. After 9 hours of driving it was maddening to learn this, search email and go through the process when we were exhausted. NO hot water at 11:30 pm or in the morning. Instructions for the mini split remote would be helpful as would a heavier blanket-2 would be better with 2 beds. We were freezing. Room was clean and updated but that didn’t offset the negatives

Room had new furnishings and was clean. Because they had recently opened up some things in the room were not set up yet. TV was not set up for live TV and coffee maker still had packaging on it unopened and I moved it to an open plug as there wasn’t plug where it was located at. Overall really nice inside. First time staying at a remote hotel a little hard to do early check-in.

Newly renovated with modern room was one of my most favorite places I’ve ever stayed in Tahoe. The bed was so comfortable and the TV was huge. The bathroom was amazingly spacious as well. There was a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge which was super convenient. There was a small table with 2 chairs that made it nice to sit at and have a meal. The only thing I would say is that if you’re on the bottom floor you can hear every single footstep and house of the people above you. I did message the property with my concern and they contacted the people above us to try and address the issue but either way you can hear a pin drop so just be aware of that. The parking is a little scarce it’s weird you have to park away from your room. It was keyless entry which was nice and the location is very good and close to heavenly if you’re interested in that. I would 10/10 recommend this place and would totally stay here again if it’s on the top floor :)
