Our overall feel is that the hotel is very old. We booked this due to it's close proximity to Zepp and the new Mitsui outlet Lalaport. They gave me a room with a lousy view. The toilet is leaking, the hairdryer was missing, no hand towels, the floor carpet has stains. But I was glad they provided room slippers. The buffet breakfast spread was quite meh. The only thing I like about the room is that it's quite spacious.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall called LaLaPort and is surrounded by a variety of shops and eateries. Back to back bookings. Room 2509 was very good, spacious sitting area and Bedroom spacious. Bed comfortable. All quiet and clean. All staff very friendly and pleasant. Executive Lounge we used daily. Most staff were very friendly and polite. Food and drinks good. Just needs bit improvement in variety. Although no Bell Boys still staff helped us with Large Luggage.

Great hotel in good location. There was two major problems thou. The housekeeping staff on floor 4 kept pestering me eventhough i had the no cleaning sign on. One of them opened my room while I was sleeping and another called to the room. Maybe they were planning to steal my luggage? The other problems was The lack of warm shower water.

The location is good as it is next to BBCC and my preferred LRT station of Hang Tuah. There are reasonably priced hawker food stalls nearby and Time Square and other Bukit Bintang shopping malls within walking distance. Like other places in the city most of the roads do not have proper pedestrian paths. The hotel is getting old and would be good if there is some refurbishment. The rooms are clean and good sized but room amenities seem to be less than in the past. The towels are not fluffy at all. They need to be replaced. I don't like the idea of water dispenser on every floor. I prefer bottled water as well as jugs for boiling water. The food at breakfast is pretty good but after 3 days it gets a bit tiresome. Overall the staffin reception, housekeeping and restaurant are very friendly and helpful.
