I did pay the deposit online but when I arrived at the lodge I ended paying the whole amount again

The hotel never got my booking through hotel.com. had to create a new booking. Rooms are in "old part" of the hotel. 1st room had no fridge, 2nd room was ok. Small, but clean and tidy. Never had breakfast.
