We stayed at the Morris House Hotel for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon in the USA. Our room (301) was beautiful and very nicely decorated. As a period house there were a few creaks and struggles with old (original) doors but this added to the charm of the place. The bed was amazing and very comfortable! The room had a large number of TV channels available and free (occasionally patchy) wifi. There were no hot drinks facilities in the room but were available in the lounge downstairs all day...

Great location and helpful staff. The room was much smaller than we had anticipated and the positioning of the bed made it quite difficult to move around the room. The bathroom was also very small. However, it was very clean and comfortable.

Enjoy a budget-friendly break on a budget, with great value for money as you delve into the historical and cultural sites that define the city.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals to Philadelphia, begin by exploring the Dealsopens in new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may find discounted hotel rates as your travel date approaches. Additionally, Smart Shopping is an app feature that allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you're well-informed. If prices drop or rooms become available, you'll be promptly notified, making it easier to seize that spontaneous getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on various factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates could help you find a more favourable rate for your stay in a Philadelphia hotel. If you’re seeking something distinctive, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised experience and occasionally better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. Should the price be on the higher side, we can suggest alternative dates that may help you find a more attractive deal.
Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive; however, with Philadelphia's outstanding public transport connections, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel located slightly further out that remains well-connected. For those eager to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money available.
