The owners are very helpful and super friendly. The courtyard garden is a great place to view birds and anoles. The view from the pool deck is beautiful.

Highly recommended. The room was clean and spacious, parking was a non issue, the staff did great making sure we had everything we needed from places to go and help with luggage. We stayed with our 2 kids ( 5 and 3 ), so absolutely great for family and/or solo.

Just awesome. The owners go above and beyond to accomodate your needs. The property is beautiful and charming. It has that caribbean feel that most properties lack nowadays. We recommend staying here. We will be back.

Our stay was fabulous! The room was clean, roomy, and air conditioned. The pool was so refreshing and had a wonderful view of the town. It was easily walking distance to town and the 99 steps. Our hosts, Lyndsey and Chase, were genuinely the most welcoming and kind hosts we remember ever having. They spent time welcoming us and familiarizing us with everything we needed to know to make our vacation memorable. Definitely recommend staying here.

The owners and staff were amazing and very helpful. I would recommend staying there as long as it’s not during the festivals because getting to the hotel was a bit stressful and we had to go to the other side of the island and over the mountain to get there. Even with that stress, the owners stayed on the phone and helped us to find the place and assisted with finding us a map and other things to address our situation on getting back to the airport. They are very nice and it’s a very nice place and convenient.

The young couple running the place are so attentive, have lots of information and even have umbrellas, sunscreen and bug spray to use. It has great views and very walkable. Rooms are large and comfortable. It's a beautiful setting with foliage and bird feeders. Highly recommend.

We both loved our stay at the Green Iguana. Service was impeccable, owners greeted us at the door, showed us around, and were all around very helpful with arranging taxis and offering recommendations for food and entertainment nearby. Highly recommend!

Hospitality was top notch. Plenty of towels and restocking of them. The owners run the place and keep it tidy and charming. There are hummingbird feeders hung to enjoy the local wildlife and a heavily planted (and cozy) courtyard space.

We stayed just one night at the Green Laguna after returning from a week of sailing in the BVI. Lyndsey and Chase so kindly arranged our transfer from the ferry to the hotel. We arrived exhausted. But we were so pleasantly greeted by the owners. They carried our luggage to our room. Gave us lots of tips as we settled in. We relaxed and enjoyed the refreshing pool while the owners made us a wonderful dinner reservation and a taxi ride. The restaurant was just a 3 minute drive up the mountain, cliffside (Sol at Mafolie’s) which had spectacular views, great food plus fireworks, the owners were so thoughtful to know we would enjoy. After a delightful dinner, we returned to our room, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The next morning, the owners had a taxi pick us up promptly to take us to the airport. I look forward to returning!

A quaint 8 room hotel located adjacent to Blackbeard’s Castle on St Thomas. Owners Lyndsey and Chase, were most accommodating and friendly in welcoming us, gave us a personal tour upon our arrival and offered very helpful information during our stay. It was a downhill walk (1/4 mile) to the Historical Main Street area of St Thomas. The route took you down the famous 99 steps located next to the historical 1829 hotel. Our room was clean, with a nice balcony, kitchenette and near the pool area. Beautiful view of the area. We would definitely do a repeat stay here if/when we return to St Thomas. Thanks Lyndsey and Chase.

I am not one who is big on leaving reviews, but this place merits a review. Great, well maintained, locally owned, boutique place to stay. Is it a "5 star hotel". No. But it has all the amenities a traveler needs. The vibe is great, Chase and Lyndsey are fantastic hosts and the location is great. Chase and Lyndsey are warm, caring and go out of their way to give you the best experience for your stay. The property is a lovely garden labyrinth. The rooms are basic, but clean, quiet, and provide you with all the amenities you need: in-room coffee, AC, TV, in-room safe. Mine had a lovely view of the city and partial of the bay. It's walking distance to downtown. The walk back up the hill is a good one and includes the historic "99 steps", built in the 1700s. But you have the wee pool to cool off in once you get back. And the pool has a great area to relax around with lovely views. The proximity to Blackbeard's Castle means you have a restaurant within walking distance. They share the same parking lot. All and all, I feel very lucky to have found this gem of a place to stay while I was visiting. It hit all the notes and more for me. I will stay there again and recommend it to friends.
