Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Nothing great but nothing terrible either. The room we had was a *bit* messy (dirty floors that needed a good mopping), but the bed was clean and comfortable. It's definitely not luxury, but you're also not paying luxury prices. It's a cheaper hotel, but it was (mostly) clean, comfortable, and in a great spot in the city. The staff was also very responsive when our room card kept resetting, though that was definitely was a pain point for the trip.

First this was an absolutely terrible place! They have NO-ONE ON SIGHT! You have to check at a kiosk that is slow and wouldn’t print the keys! On top of THAT There was NO Toilet Paper in my room!And only One Awful Towel! The keys did NOT Work after Midnight! And the Breakfast was NONEXISTENT! No Coffee in the Room either! Yes it was Cheap but it should have been FREE!

My room was supposed to be a non smoking room when i arrived the room was filthy. You could smell smoke the carpets were dirty there was cigarette butts on the carpet an the bed cover was burnt from cigarettes. The breakfast the worst watch out for little critters. I had a hard time getting bathing towels for some reason they only really had drying towels this place needs work down

The staff member called and tried to curse at me not once but 2x, I guess they don’t get customers and now I understand why, due to me cancel and choosing a better option with better amenities. But again, hope no one ever books with them, and I definitely be reporting them and going them reviews so everyone aware of how they treat people and that’s exactly why I canceled.

Tried two different rooms before we canceled our reservation. 1st room floors not vacuumed and smelt like stale cigarette smoke (requested no smoking). 2nd room again unclean floors, rusty pipes and smelt like wet dog.

Didn't feel safe! Hotel room wasn't clean! Men hanging out outside room. The sheets didn't seem cleaned. There was dead bugs in the bathtub. It just was not appealing at all as the pictures inaccurately portrayed. We didn't even stay one night yet alone 3 nights that we booked. It was that bad we didn't even worry about getting refunded. We left at midnight the first night because we just didn't feel safe and booked a much better hotel. The guy at the desk didn't even bother to ask what was wrong could he help or make things better or etc. I don't recommend this hotel!!!!

My room had roaches, a lot of them. For the first few days (out of the week I unfortunately bought there) my neighbors were like 3 or 4 loud kids screaming and running. Staff was okay. Id rather spend $60 a day than the $40 a day rate I got with all that factored in. I didnt complain about anything to the staff because I figured I got what I paid for and that this was just things they tolerated. Slept my week, left, and now I know not to rest here anymore unless I just absolutely cannot afford tonspend a little extra.

The room was absolutely filthy our keycard kept stopping to work at our door and it smelled bad the pool was dirty there was dirty old food in the refrigerator and there was dirty clothes left in the bathroom like that had not been cleaned . However housekeeper Michelle was wonderful

The rooms was horrible! They looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in.between guests tub had ring of dirt around it, toilet was despicable, floors had dirt and rosch eggs all along the walls and the ordor was unbearable, not to mention thr curtains was rigged up on hooks snd didnt close sll the way... 1 room didnt have any towels not that we wanted to use them but after reporting issues to front desk the housekeeping came to do what they call cleaning the rooms we jus gave up and went to walmart and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned them ourselves.
