"Our stay at this hotel was perfect from beginning to end. We arrived early at 10:30am and the staff already had our room ready, which was such a kind and welcoming start. The team were wonderful throughout our stay — friendly, attentive, and always smiling, whether at reception, breakfast, the lounge bar or the pool bar. They even called me “Señor Derek”, which made me feel right at home. The hotel was spotless, our room was cleaned every day, and the breakfast was fantastic with so many choices. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the location is excellent for exploring Santa Marta. On our last day we were able to stay in the room until 4pm, which we appreciated so much. Me and my partner definitely want to stay here again the next time we visit Santa Marta. Highly recommended."
