The staff was lovely and should have a 5 star however the room had some definite challenges. The TV did not work, the message light on the phone was in a continuous state of flashing a red light for messages yet no messages, the floor was filthy, the sink faucet was broken, and the most disturbing item was that one pillowcase was filthy.

Room was clean, comfortable bed. Price of the room was excellent compared to other hotels. Room and restroom were clean but could use a new paint as walls had stains. The restroom toilet was backed up but the hotel staff took care of it very quickly. Service was good and staff was very friendly and supportive.

First of all at check in the front desk attendant Gayla was great she was very professional, helpful and pleasant. The key card wouldn’t open the door so I went down and she quickly issued two cards. Just in case. 10 The sheets in the room were clean. The room was old. The carpet looked like it needed vacuuming. I never would’ve thought to look and see if the shower had a shower head until I wanted to shower on the morning. There was none! The handle to operate the faucet in the sink came off in my hand! That room should not have been given to anybody. The gal at the front desk in the morning was kind enough to refund. I got the rom because they had free shuttle and close to Sky Harbor. It was impossible to find a number to contact the hotel. I searched a half hour until I finally was gonna complain to Hotels.com and then I saw a little message with info on how to contact the hotel. Sorry I Do not recommend

You get what you pay for. I was looking for a cheap rate and I got it. Cheap also means the hotel was outdated and needed renovation. At night, you could hear the whistling of the wind and through the window. The TV was on when we arrived, and we were unable to shut it off with a broken channel changer.

Ignored by desk worker--not the young new guy, the older one who just walked back and forth behind the desk. Light switch by the door didn't turn on any lights. Had to grope around in the dark to find a lamp and then how to turn it on, in the dark. The pillows are too thick for anyone other than (maybe) backsleepers. Air Conditioner unresponsive to inputs. Was cold all night. No shower head in shower. No tub, either. Breakfast area totally inadequate for the number on guests. Packed. Could barely move. Asked for a discount due to room condition. Was refused.

The blankets were yellow stained. Very poor judgement on whoever gave that room the ok. Luckily I had my own blankets in my car. I couldn’t hook up my phone to the TV. No smart TV? Not the best place I’ve stayed.

Quiet, staff was friendly and helpful. However, complementary breakfast was very basic. Make your own waffles, cereal, muffins, bagels, toast and boiled eggs. No scrambled eggs, no bacon, no sausage, no potatoes and no gravy. None of the good stuff. Otherwise good experience.

You got what you paid for. Breakfast was edible. They had orange juice that apple juice they had raisin bran and Froot Loops. They had toast and bagels, waffles and coffee. The carpets are absolutely disgusting. The pool actually looks very nice the fence around it has a lot of rust but could be maintained at a reasonable price. I would think the hot tub had a little debris in it, but looked like it was being maintained. Overall, this hotel was very cheap and this day resembled that. They also charge a $100 deposit that you do not get back immediately. Interesting. I’ve seen holds on cards but never $100 deposit.
