So when we say this room is basic, we mean basic. Check in was okay, altgough they bury the lead about the $100 refundable deposit on the site (looking at you, Hotels.com). Air conditioner was amazing and kept us pleasantly refrigerated. The area is a little sketchy. We had a lovely view of the dilapidated house next door, the pool was devoid of water but filled with hotel furniture. Our mattress was overly firm, not enough pillows or towels. Not a bad stay, given we were doing other things this weekend, but definitely not a leisurely stay.

The room had a lingering cigarette smell. Had to ask the front desk for assistance, change rooms or have some air freshener to use. Ended up sleeping with the window open which wasn’t the best thing because now the room got loud from all the traffic and movement in the hallway.

The property & room were clean & there were specific rooms for my service dog. Parking was somewhat crowded but adequate. The room was sparse but clean The heating/air conditioner & bed were outstanding. The staff was wonderful & are obviously working to modernize the facility.

The room was dirty. Cigarette ashes on bed there was hair on the walls. Everything was filthy. We were not able to stay. We left immediately. The location felt very unsafe. The security latch on the door was broken. It was toilet paper in the peeping hole of the door. There was tape on the curtains. Everything just seemed very unsettling, dirty, and unsafe.

The room was dirty The people around the hotel are questionable. The bathtub was dirty someone knocked at our door at 1:30 offering their services. It appears people live there some even homeless looking definitely dio not stay here the pictures are deceiving

Starting with the property. It’s Ghetto as hell and not very safe. The room we were originally given reeked of cigarettes even though they made a big deal of no smoking. The beds were stripped no blankets and the bathroom was disgusting. The room Was NOT cleaned. I requested a new room which they provided us free of charge obviously it was a slight downgrade from what we booked, and that room was a little bit cleaner since there was an event in town. It was kind of difficult for us to back out and find a different place to spend the weekend overall, I would never book here again and I don’t suggest anyone else books here unless you’re in a desperate situation if I could give us zero stars I absolutely

The staff here are amazing and take guest safety very seriously. It is in a rough side of downtown so you will see interesting guests however the staff truly care and take your safety seriously. Room was clean cleaning staff are phenomenal as well

The room was acceptable for the price. Clean and comfortable. Some minor repairs needed and there were errant stickers stuck to the floor. The staff was attentive. The outside reflects an OLD motel appearance, areas were not clean of trash, even after the housekeeping crew departed.

There was poop on walls when we got there. There were scratches on the door and restroom wall that pealed the paint from a dog. My wife is allergic we could not stay in the room and they had nothing more available so we had to drive at 1am 2hrs to get back home after a concert we went to.thid is the worst place and there was homeless everywhere the place is not sanitary and is not a safe place for a family at all.

This review is more about the room 123. The room seem to be clean but it had many cosmetic issues that can easily be improve and fix, for example, the bathroom door's frame was missing a big part of the interior molding. The shower curtain rod was ready to fall out, it couldn't even hold the shower curtain in place, the shower head could not be adjusted to point towards the bathtub, you had to lean so close to the wall to get the water on your body. The cloth hanger was also coming apart, you could not hand your clothing. Beside that there was no clothing hangers, the biggest issue I saw was the presence of cockroaches, and that is not very healthy.
